This session will explore your dimensions of wellness and the supports that are available to you as a school division employee.  Learn all you need to know about your Employee and Family Assistance Program (Inkblot) so you can put your own oxygen mask on first. NOTE: This session is only for participants who receive their employer provided health and/or income replacement benefits from ASEBP.
