Moving to a new SIS can be overwhelming. This session is designed for those who are recently new to PowerSchool. We will cover how to perform basic searches, understanding the menu’s, navigating between students, personalizing your PowerSchool, basic reports, etc.

Group Functions in PowerSchool allows you to update information for a group of students. In this session we will go over mass enrolling students, printing reports for selected students, mass attendance, mass updating field values for students and much more!

A review of the AB Reports package, a plugin for PowerSchool, including a look at recent changes and what tools are still under development. In this session you'll also have an opportunity to define the specifications for a new report or tool which could be included in the next release.

You've moved to Contacts, but now what? How do you access the data for reports, what is the quickest way to view all contact information? This session will focus on the use of Third Party Plugins we use to help nagivate Student Contacts. We will also review the new Contact field values to help you export student contact data out of your PowerSchool!

We will be going on a tour through PowerTeacher and PowerTeacher Pro!  Do you often wonder what teachers see and what software they use and how it compares to PowerSchool Admin?  We will go through the various pages and reports available to teachers and help answer any questions you have.  We will not be going over gradebook setup or how to help teachers troubleshoot problem areas.  

This session will cover how information contained in PowerTeacher Pro flows through to PowerSchool student Standards and Historical Grades pages and how to help troubleshoot for report card stressful timelines! We will review what data pulls from what area in PowerSchool onto your report cards. MBA Report Cards, VisualPST Object Reports, PowerSchool Report Cards and Intellimedia Report Cards can be reviewed for best processes. Standard and Transcript style report cards will be reviewed and best practices for the report card season will be reviewed! We should have time at the end of the session for a Q & A Session. We will cover both Elementary/Jr High and High School Report Cards.
